I ordered a coach replica purse from this web site. They said it would be here in 5-7 days. I received it on Mon 01/ 01/14. I signed a receipt for delivery. There was no return address on the package or a receipt of any kind. The writting was all in Chineese.
1. It was the wrong purse
2. It is damaged!
3. I have tried repeatedly to contact these people through there web site and no response!
I also got a e-mail address and tried to e-mail them and no response! Purses@hotmail.com My item number was 4057 Order number 1099413574227416511 Also there return policy says they honor people and can return item within 30 days to WHOM??? / Just want this desolved and that nobody else gets screwed like I did! First internet scam I have had! Mad!
I amgoing to the post office tomorrow to see if they can trace it! Ty
