In September I ordered Liposlim for a free trial $4.95 - one time only. I have since been charged $79.99. I was not aware that I joined a monthly club. When I first ordered the trial (over the phone) I was not told that there would be reoccurring fees. I have since canceled the "membership" and have disputed the charges with my bank. But I am told I'll never get the money back. I spoke to several people at the company who were very unprofessional and told me that if I had not disputed the charge they would have refunded me the money - like they were penalizing me for the dispute. To make matters worse I have not even opened the bottle as my doctor advised me that the ingredients are dangerous due to preexisting medical conditions that I have. One of the reps at Healthier Balance (the company that sells this product), insisted that I placed the order over the Internet and that I would have been aware of the terms and conditions. She INSISTS I did this, however I placed the order over the phone and have phone records to prove it.

Please, PLEASE, don't fall for this scam!
