I have recieved an email from Roy J. Williams telling me I have won 1,000, 000.00 pounds in a lottery and he has asked me to fill in forms and a B21 oath agreement. I emailed him an said i got my lawyer onto it and also informed the fraud squad he told me because i did this my prize might not be able to be claimed this has caused us a lot of stress. I now believe this was a scam and he should be punished for this
