Refund for faulty TV Box not paid even after nearly 2months

I had problem with my TV Box as it was displaying "server not found". When I chatted with Anshul he indicated that the box is faulty and as it is within warranty period, the purchase price will be refunded, as they have stopped supplying the TV box. And the Billing section sent a e-m, which read "As a company committed to complete customer satis faction, we pride ourselves on our reputation for quality and service" and also indicated it will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days, which promise was not kept up. Today 1/16, when I chatted Samir indicated that refund for many people is still pending and hence the delay, This is how they are harassing the unfortunate subscribers. Samir also indicated that my next year's subscription is due on 1./29 and refund cannot be adjusted towards renewal. This is the way they are hassing the subscribers. Please help to get my money back. Thanks and regards
