This company is racist against darker empoylees, more then have of the empolyees are colored and the mangemant dont listen to us

My follow employees and i have been treated unfairly because of our skin color why are all from different cultures and background. I have gotten written up because there was an argument between the coworker and i but i was the only one written up even though there weren't any witnesses. They just believed her side over mine. I would deeply appreciate it if any one came and saw the discrimination we facr daily. Several employees complaint to state but the managementret teretalit againstthe empoylee by takingthe employee hours.
