HeNan Xiangrui is a scam company asking business owners to come to china to sign contracts on a very large order. Once there they have you through celebration parties and get you to pay (or "split) very high notary and currency exchange fees - this is know as "the big order scam" and very effective to people believing they will go to china and become millionaires when this contract gets signed.
