Company stated they should have product within 3-4 days, 5 days later called about no ink. Agent stated they were in massive computer over-hull and nothing was going out and they were sorry. 10 days later after purchesing ink to make it through i recieve a email that they had just shipped the item but tracking # does not work. Called up and they said " well what do you want us to do or comupter system was being upgraded" it takes over 10 days to upgrade a computer system these day is (Inappropriate Content Removed) sorry LD i should gone some place else first...
