Did not get scammed. Smelled a rat as my father got a similar notice from company listed as FAA. Since no sweepstakes have monetary requirements I was on alert to the $20 fee. Tried to get a telephone number for FAA and there was none. Looked up M, P and S online and of course saw the scam alerts.
