About 18 months ago I stopped my phone services and requested on line services. Every moth I would get a bill for a telephone $29 and some cents. I would call frontier and they would say they would correct this.
They never corrected the problem and suddenly billed me for $238 I requested a investigation
they refused. I need copies of my bill for
about 18 months to show that no phone calls were made.
