Peter Fischer, representing Dynamic Mobile Media promoted electronic LED signs both by email and through their website, www.colorledsigns.com In conjuction with his other company, HDAV Outdoor, LLC in Las Vegas, Mr. Fisher sent a contract and requested a $5,800.00 deposit. I signed the contract and wired a cash deposit. Starting in mid-October and on multiple occassions since he had represented that the sign was nearly completed. No sign has ever been provided. I have requested a refund and they now refuse to return my calls. I believe this company to be 100% fraudulent.
