This is an on-going issue, still trying to resolve it. Transcom are demanding I owe GBP 2k to the Student Loans Company (SLC) and that the SLC have requested them to collect on their behalf. I have spoken to the SLC at least 5 times regarding this issue and they have told me that they have sent Transcom 3 notifications that they should NOT be contacting me as, given my status, I am not applicable to start paying back my Loan yet. SLC in fact have told me to ignore Transcom. Transcom callers have been RUDE & STUBBORN. I have repeatedly tried explaining the situation to them but they insinuate i am a Liar and refuse to contact the SLC to find out the correct information. I have now sent them and SLC written complaints in the hope of trying to resolve this.
