Bought items off the website for Christmas that they claimed to be authentic. When we finally received the product it was a month late and it was also non authentic. After a hassle because they had no phone number only a live chat that we had to log on to use. They insisted that i was a liar and that if i wanted to return them i had to pay the return shipping was half the price of the merchandise. They completely misrepresent their products and are conducting fraud.
