I took a survey from jc penny to get a watch for 5.99, it turns out it wasn't jc pennys at all, the company is called maxnaim.com, they send you a survey and there is no where on the survey that obligates you any further, but on their website there is terms and conditions. When I contacted them they gave me a bogus email address for billing to get a refund.
