I Purchased A Quad for my son for a Christmas gift at Sinclair's MotorSports and on Christmas day when my my 12 year old son went to take his first ride on his new quad it would not start! As I know nothing about mechanics I could not even begin to guess what was wrong with it. When we went back to Sinclair's she told us that they could not help us! We asked why and we were told that it would be at least 4 months before they would e able to even look at it as they had other service work to do before us. They would not even look to see if it was just something small that I not having any knowledge of could not see! We took the quad to Daytona and even though we did not purchase the quad from them they had a look only to discover that the spark plug wire was disconnected! This only took them less than two min and they did not even charge us for it! I will never go back to Sinclair's after the way they treated me and my family! And I would not recommend them as I have heard other story's of the bad way these people treat there customers!
