As with other shoppers, I was taken for 88.94 for a drawer holder that I cancelled the day before it was to be shipped. After calling 1-800-209-8397, and talking with a customer service rep I was assured the credit was to be issued 6-8 weeks from receiving shipment at warehouse. It is now Jan! Requested supervisor for further assistance and was told a credit will be issued today. We'll wait and see!
