I received an email from an acquaintance asking if I knew David Casey Sr. He asked if I had gotten my money yet. He said it was part of the Empowerment Supportive Program and Mr. Casey was a government agent. He said he received $150,000 and he saw my name on the manifest when he signed for his money and assumed I knew about it. He told me to send him a friend request and he wanted me to do that right then so he could tell me what to do next. That is when I went online and found the other scams reported here about Empowerment Supportive Program. I didn't go any further with it but I just wanted people to know what name they are using now.
