This scammer is in the housing fraud business. He has posted a house for rent on craigslist, in Minot, ND. I traveled 200 miles to see the house from the outside. He claimed to be in N. York, so if I'd like the house, send him a notice, and he'll text me the information of his secretary to whom I should write a 900 dollar money gram, after which he will mail me the key to the house. Also, he has said that the house has been empty for 7 months, and not to contact any realtor about this home. Here is the adress of the house: 519 18th st sw, Minot, ND 58701. Beware of this animal! He has took 900.00 just like that, and slipped away. His phone is still active. When you talk with him over the phone, his voice is always breaking up. And sounds like he is Asain. When I got to the house, the neigboors told be that I am the 10th person comming to see this house, and getting ripped of. This is who fbi, and police should be after.
