I ordered 15 December on the site a bag longchamp Cheap: number 120800105. I still have not received my item. The money was withdrawn from my account by Unibill24com December 18 in the amount of 54.38 euros including commission charges 1.48. Whenever I log into the account the mail is not delivered. The order should be shipped the day after payment and to this day it is still being processed. What recourse do I have?
