I purchased a watch in October and paid via paypal. I received a torn and empty box in November, but too much time had elapsed to file a complaint with paypal. I provided information about the torn package toMickey at www.sinowatches.Us and he assured me that I would receive a replacement by 1/10, and he sent me tracking information from the postal service. I have not received a replacement watch, which was supposedly sent around December 15 from China. I have sent two emails to the company and left a complaint with customer service as well. I believe that the company is criminal and that their business is fraudulent.
