The same thing happened as the others have posted. I called them numerous times and had a refund confirmation number. Just a bunch of lies and then I went to my bank who said because it was a business account they couldn't put in a claim. How can this be stopped? Now I am going to close my account so this doesn't happen again but this is just so wrong. Any ideas of what can be done?
