This company claims that you will recieve a free 30 day supply of their product for $4.95 shipping. After ordering I recieved an email with suspesious wording about friendly fraud and such which made me investigate more and found that not only are you billed the $4.95 they automatically bill you full price for the bottle and membership frees and continue to bill for product monthly. I immediately went to try and cancel order it would not let me. It was late at night so I had to wait until am to talk to customer service where they assured me that all i would be billed was the shipping if i return the bottle (return shipping out of my pocket also) What am I supposed to return I dont have it yet! The customer service rep then stated it has allready been processed and is being shipped. So my options are now to pay shipping to and from for nothing! Or I can keep the botlle for $39.95 plus my $4.95 shipping and cancel and not have any further charges. NONE of these other charges are listed on their website. I hope no one else gets "taken" by these scamers!
