I purchased a purse from http://www.coachstore-outletc.Us. When I received the email below. I quickly cancelled. I was unaware I was purchasing outside the USA. I was told after my charges had be applied they would refund my $62.00. As of today I haven't received my refund, and they are not responding to my emails.
