This individual is a known fraudster. She will claim to make purchases then state they were not delivered. This person will then make numerous threatening phone calls and emails stating that they have a family member employed with the FBI and that they will have opened an investigation into your company. She contacted our company to do some work on her home, and when she did not like the price, she became irate and then began with the threats.
