This person ordered tile from us. When he received it he told us that he was short 1 tile and a couple of them were broken. He said he marked everything on the delivery receipt.

When we got a copy of the delivery receipt, it had nothing marked. We asked for pictures of the broken tiles. He sent them in and we saw that they were chipped.

As a good faith gesture we sent 1 full replacement tile. Then we notified him that our shipping explanation warns everyone to EXPECT a couple chipped tiles. Due to the nature of the product EVERYONE receives some chipped pieces. However because they're making so many cuts, you cut where the chips are and you lose no material.

We then called to follow up with him to make sure that he had enough material to finish the job. I'm not sure if there is a disconnect between him and his spouse or what. But either way I find their blasphemous report a lie.
