Took unauthorized 30.00 from my bank account and caused it to overdraft promised a refund a month ago, now when call number they are busy for me to send email all possibilities come back undeliverable

Support@vantagefundingatt.com is what they gave me but i couldn't get email to go through, their number said they were busy to send concerns to previous email. They took my account for 30.00 and overdrafted it promised refund a month ago now can't get through to them.
