Recently I sold my business and the new owner got a phone call saying that we have ordered magazines through this company before, which is a lie! The new owner is from another country and did not know that we often have companies that call and try to get you to sign up with them and will say and do anything to get you to agree. So they took around 92 dollars out of her account and say she owes more, with this being said I had to track down there number on our caller ID and called them back that day to tell them they lied to her and she needed to cancel the order, no one called us back! We then called the company and she tried to talk to them and they were ridiculously rude so another girl from work tried to talk to them for her and she got the same reaction. I then called them and they were rude and said they would credit the account and it was all set. I am sure that they will not get her money back and this company should be ashamed of themselves for their poor business practice, and for bing totally unethical. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau!
