I bought a product online to avoid the Christmas rush only to receive a counterfeit product. The problem is they are using images of the genuine products to deceit unsuspecting to be consumer and the product they are using the images of is a patent product. I have attempt directly to recover the cost of it but have not been successful. Irrespective of whether or not I get my money back, its against all principal to steal from others using deception and for that, i would strong like to see these criminals network shut down.
