I ordered the free trial and I called to cancel a couple days later. They said that they had already shipped the product and the only way that I could have the money refunded into my account was if I sent the product back. I sent it back in the same packaging and everything and STILL haven't had the money returned to my account!!! I don't even have the product and the money still has NOT been returned!
