I made an order to focalprice.com last December. Actually it was a mobile phone. All this period in my order tracking was said "paid and unpacked". I tried to communicate with the company to see what was wrong but in vane! Noone ever answered me neither by mail nor in telephone. Today, one month later, I saw on their site, on my order status, that my order is invalid but they have taken the money from my card. What can I do? Is there any way to get my money back? Please help me.
