I was a member from 2004. Just like the other customer had said the customer rep begged to buy a $20 for 4000 minutes. My sis-in-law also bought the same. I had cards with minutes when I bought this @20. It has not worked when I tried to call India in April. There was no way to reach customer service as there was no response. My sis-in-law filed a complaint from Yahoo as instructed by some one at that time from reliable. But after that there was no response and the phone sounds busy all the time. Few times I was on the phone for almost three hours, believe it or not. My sis-in-law also did the same.
Will you do anything to make this company pay back the amount that they owe to the customers? Thank you for your help.
