What was supposed to be a free trial offer for only $1.05, plus a discounted shipping rate of $3.95, turned into a $78.41 additional charge because they show no record of my cancelling the 'membership'. I settled for a $60.00 return but was out the free trial fee, shipping charge, and negotiated settled offer.
This company is a scammer for several reasons: their account associates are manipulative and barely speak English and are rude to the point of yelling and hanging up on me, the return dates are within short periods of time, their trial product offer was untrue in the advertisement compared to the fine print at the time of purchase.
This company was completely horrible to deal with... They raised my blood pressure unnecessarily... And took money from me for a product i didn't use at all!
