When I called the number (866)-763-7462, I was put on a series of automated crap that never ended with me speaking directly to a person. I e-mailed the company several times with no help, just to call their customer service number (866)-763-7462, I explained in detail that no one would answer the phone, so I never got this resolved. It is suppose to be an application fee, which is illegal to charge in the state of Arkansas and in most states.
