Subscription slam

I ordered a netbook from Computer Geeks. I was presented with a page offered as: "Freeshipping. I filled out the form, at the end, I was informed of the subscription service. I cancelled the page. My info was captured without my submitting the info. I have been charged 12.97 since July. I called IC ph.# on my VISA bill and asked for cancellation in Sept. They lied and said I was cancelled. I am still being charged. I blame Computer Geeks for promoting this scam!
