Made a purchase from the Blue Outlet for a Christmas gift and got confirmation and the amount was drafted from my bank account. After a bit of time went by and I still had not received it, I emailed inquiring about the package and was told that the item had temporarily been put on backorder but had been shipped that day. A few weeks went by and still no package, and my emails from that point on went unanswered. Now January 9th, and I'm almost $40.00 out with nothing to show for it. Absolutely ridiculous.
