I can give u the phone # that I had used to talk to Michael. 011-234-803-718-5320. PNC Bank settled for 30% of what they lost. It came out to $2888.68. They did not wait the ten business days as they should have. They should have been responsible for the entire amount. They knew I did not have money in my account to cover the amount.
