I ordered a pair of Toms from this sight for a Christmas present. I never received an email confirmation. I tried contacting the company but I never received a response. The shoes finally arrived on Jan. 5 and they were not the correct shoe. Even though the size printed on the shoe was 10 they were not a true size 10. I have tried to contact the company again to receive a refund and they have not contacted me. There is no return address or phone number.
