I got a phone call today from someone I couldn't understand, and then they proceed to tell me I have a lawsuit against me. I told them I knew nothing about this and they gave me to someone who said her name was Jennifer Smith. I couldn't understand her either. She said American Cash had three allegations against me. I said who do you work for and where are you. She said John davenport in Dallas, Texas. She said I needed to pay $862.38 by tonight or go to jail. I told her I might be able to pay it tomorrow. She said she had to ask her boss because they just wanted to send me to jail. She told me to go to Wal-Mart and get something called a green dot money pak. They could not do an electronic transfer. Needless to say I didn't send any money. They just called again posing as a police officer where I live. I called Wal-Mart and they said that this goes straight to a computer somewhere. These people need to be caught. The number they called from was 972-843-1586. I tried to do a search on the number but noyhong came up. I appreciate all your help.
