I was stupid and went for the promotion to get the sample for a small price. I had no idea there would be more coming each month at $98. Each! I would have NEVER spent evne 1/4 as much on a face cream. They sent you something that says it's already been sent and the costumer service number they gicve does not work! I've tried to write back and cancel it more than once. They give no phone number. I went online and found a number. I called and a guy told me the lines were down and he'd call me back in the hour. NOT! This month they say I can send it back and will be refunded but not for the other jars that are still unopened! This is a true scam. Not until I threatened to turn them in to a local TV station that help with this type scam did they even offer to help me with this last shippent that hasn't even arrived yet. They offered a percentage off, then half, then $19. Do NOT try their free sample!
