We got a phone from Silver Soft Management from New York saying they sold our timeshare and Swift Title will be taking care of it. Swift Title call us and e-mail the paper work. We had to paid the transfer fee and the buyer would pay us back. Then we had to pay 3% foreign registry of investment and 16% IVA. The next thing we knew was we had to pay for closing and administration fee. Every time they said that the buyer will pay us back and e-mail papers showing that the buyer had put the money in a escrow account. They said the payout date would be Dec. 21 and now they will not return our calls or answer our e-mails. We hope you can help us get our money back. We have all the paper work. Thank you
