Lied about puppy sold

I really wanted a male dog but I was concerned because my neighbors across the street have a female dog. I asked if there was a chance of him getting her pregnant. He said there is no chance of this since my dog is frigid. So I decided to take the dog. Well a few weeks later my son came up and said

"Dad, there is a problem with our dog, I think he is sick."

I asked him why he thinks this and he told me.

"Well you know that b*ch across the street that the neighbors own well it looks like he is trying to jump over her and can't quite make it. Well nine months later we had puppies.
