Like the others my wife and I attended the wonderful presentation given about all the amazing vacations at extremely low cost. The original price quoted to us was also $8900 with all the same frills. This price was lowered to $5000 and we bit on it. Due to some problems at work it took me a few days but eventually I decided to look into what we purchased and found out we were screwed just as others had been. Even though it was outside the 3 day blackout period I sent a certified letter to try and recoup some of our money. I also placed a dispute on my credit card. The next day we received a call from one of their reps and they agreed to refund half of my money. The rep said we would have to come in and redo the paper work that he would call the following week the set up a time. I was also told i needed to remove the credit card dispute before they could make this happen. Dumassme bit on this too. We have never heard from them again. I have called them at least 20 times only to get the same recording to leave my number and they would get back with me. The paper work also states that I would get copies of everything I signed but my paper work is incomplete because the rep did not have the carbon straight so I really don't know if I did sign everything.
