ABC Title and Closing Co. Is working with First Management Group (Houston, TX) to "sell" and "close" on my timeshare. I received a call on Dec. 12th that they had closed. The last communication I had with either company was on Dec. 19. Since then, there has been no answer, return calls or responses to emails. If they are working together as a scam, they are very good, as they had us wire money twice to Grupo Scotiabank (Mexico) via our bank Wells Fargo. They also had an intermediary bank listed - JP Morgan Chase. I have all of the contract documents including the bank account numbers where the funds were wired. Is there any thing that can be done?
