I registered to try and use their tracking software. The ad says you do not need the phone you want to target.

The software doesn't download properly for your phone, and you do need the target phone to make it work, which I do not have access to. I asked for a refund, a couple of times, and no response. They don't hjave a phone number, and their chat never works.
