Lunchbar chocolate old

Dear sir/madam
I have recently purchased a lunchbar chocolate, to be precise two days ago. To my dissapointment the chocolate was not up to standard. It was old. I have tried to get the shop wher i bought it from take it back or replace it but to no avail. According to them the chocolate was not old because the expire date on the packet is not due yet. The best before date on the wrapper state the 28th of February. Please I would appreciate it if you can look into this matter because the whole issue has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
