IT's Been Three and a Half Months and Still No Refund from Expedia - Travel Ticket

I cancelled a ticked I had purchased from Expedia back in October (over three and a half months ago) and was promised a refund over 1000$. I still have not gotten my refund!!!

All the emails I send to their customer care go unanswered. ALL OF THEM! And when I call the customer care line I am put on hold for 40-60 minutes, after which the representative (who is clueless) gives me the same RIDICULOUS answer that he has no information about my refund.

This is complete and utter theft not to refund 1000$!!! We are not talking about a couple hundred dollars here!

My itinerary number is 1492-5100-7857

If you think that i'm going to disappear and forget about this you are totally wrong!
