Tiny, skinny actresses

Now don't get me wrong, not every actress is like this, like Trish from Austin & Ally is normal. But it just discusts me now, I mean, I always thought that Avery from Dog with a blog and Chyna from ant farm were 11 at the most, but now i find out they're a year OLDER than me?! Not to mention almost every actress on Disney Channel is really, really skinny. How am I supposed to watch this stuff without feeling really self-concious about being 13 and 5'7' and not quite the standard of "normal weight" according to Disney channel!
