Salvatore Ferragamo shoes defected, gave bad shoe bite. Comany reps arrogant and rude - Womens shoes

A Salvatore Ferragamo shoe worth Rs. 21,000 gave a huge shoe bite to my wife. Her skin has peeled off. We have photos of the same. The company has refused to give the refund. Furthermore, no one has YET apologized for it. I have purchase more than 3 items so far from the store in the past 6 months. The incident happened on a brand new shoe. Was worn first time on 11th dec. And no resolution yet from Ferragamo. Mr. Tushar Kundekar, Operationas Manager, Mumbai spoke with us %u2013 extremely arrogant, rude and no apology. This is how th luxury brand treats regular customers.

As discussed please find attached the pictures of the shoe bite. Would request you%u2019ll to take this matter up with the concerned person at the earliest.

Clive - As discussed this morning, I request for a full refund on the shoes, as you are aware of the cost for the same, you do understand how upsetting something like this can be. Stretching the shoes is not an option and I do not want to do that, my shoe size is 7.5 / 38. Anything bigger or smaller will not fit. Being a luxury brand, comfort and pleasure is the top priority that one looks for, the shoes have given neither!

Adrian - as you are aware, I am a genuine customer. I have shopped in the past and will continue to do so in the future too, however you need to sort this issue first and at the earliest. I have a 2 month old baby and following up for this everyday is time consuming and extremely difficult.

I have shoes, for which I have paid so much, and can%u2019t even wear them!!! Upsetting and frustrating place to be in.

Trust you%u2019ll to take this matter up as a priority%u2026and provide the refund ASAP.
