Jernigan is multi state convicted felon convicted in Richmond Kentucky (Bulldog Media) and in SC. He is currently under supervised probation for four years.

Who is using false insurance documents to work in Ruths Chris cleaning after hours. His company is actually cleaning this facility. He is using several people from a local temp agency just as he did in Charleston. He then bounced a check to Express Employment Professionals in which a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
