I ordered products to cleanse the colon. After using the recommended amount and it didn't work, I increased to double, and then to triple. It still did not work as I expected it to. I called the company and reached a foreign speaking man named David. He gave me the address to return it and I did so on 12/1. When I called on 12/14 because the credit amount of$135 had not shown up on my credit card, he asked for a return number. I told him I did not have one because I was not given one. At that point he became very argumentative with me and said
"Oh yes I did give it to you".

I called tonight and reached the same person and he began trying to get my information to place an order. I asked several questions about the product and how to return and nothing was mentioned about a return number. His last name was Davis, which is probable not true since he had a foreign accent... From India or thereabouts. So I am out so far $135 and have had to cancel the original credit card so they could not take more from my account.
