Ordered on 11/24 two swaroski bracelets and a pair of UGG boots (so called) never received either. With the bracelets they told me to file a police report, with the boots, they posted a false tracking number and they never arrived. I've sent 12 emails and have finally started complaining on their facebook page. I've been promised a refund and a free pair of boots 5 times but I haven't seen either. To add insult to injury they're selling the same boots on their site right now and people still haven't received them from November. Scam
